Lisa was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Her family moved to Jacksonville, FL during her high school days. After graduation, Lisa accepted a position with Delta Airlines as a flight attendant. Her travels throughout the world helped her develop customer service skills that are necessary for representing clients in the Real Estate industry. After several years in the air, Lisa married her husband Joey and started her career in the real estate industry. She initially started out employed by a locally franchised mortgage company and then, with her success and gained experience, created her own mortgage brokerage company. Personal Touch Mortgage was a local staple of the mortgage industry for great years. In 2008, Lisa and Joey welcomed the youngest of their three children. Mrs. Lapenes decided to spend more time with the family and step away from the mortgage business. Traveling, boating, and being involved in the community rejuvenated her soul and spirit. However, her love for real estate and the past relationship that she built sparked the need to get back into the business world. Partnering with Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners, Lisa exhibits the highest level of professionalism, passion, and integrity along with the desire to supply her clients with the best service possible.

Garrison Sanborn was born in Tampa, FL and attended college at FSU where he played football for the Florida State Seminoles under Coach Bobby Bowden. While attending FSU as a collegiate athlete, Garrison excelled off the field earning a triple major in Real Estate, Finance, and Business Management. He simultaneously began his Real Estate investing career by buying his first investment property at the age of 19 as a sophomore in college. Following his senior year, he was invited to represent FSU in the Senior Bowl, The Texas vs. the Nation All-Star Game, and The East-West Shrine Game.
After graduation, Garrison played in the NFL for 11 seasons. He spent 8 years playing for the Buffalo Bills, 2 for his hometown team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and 1 for the San Fransisco 49ers. During his NFL career, Garrison also pursued his Real Estate passion by investing in a portfolio of income-producing properties.
Garrison met his incredible wife, Tara, a Jacksonville native, while both attending FSU. They made the greater Jacksonville area their home in 2011. They have planted their roots here with their three beautiful children, Julianne, Jameson, and Jude.
During his long career in the NFL, Garrison was engrained with unfaltering attention to detail while thriving in a team environment. Pairing this unique skill set with over 16 years of Real Estate investing experience and knowledge. Garrison's desire is to now assist other in finding their forever home here in the Jacksonville area.
